For the past forty-two years, this family business has enhanced the Yuletide tradition of hanging Christmas stockings by the fireplace with care. When we invented the Sock Hook® it rapidly cornered the stocking hanger market with its simplicity of design and strength of purpose. Made of steam-bent ash with birch balls, it is lightweight but durable. It is the ideal solution for hanging Christmas stockings from a mantel or shelf. PLEASE NOTE: It is with deep regret that we must announce that once again this season we are unable to produce our holiday stockings, which have been the mainstay of our business over the past four decades. Our talented knitting force has aged and we have not been able to find suitable replacement knitters in our local area of rural Maine.

We are looking for a qualified buyer to turn this successful family knitting business over to! Inventory includes hundreds of knitting patterns and instructions, samples of our heirloom stockings and other products, an extensive customer list and more.
